Remote Brand and Marketplace Operations Manager

About the role

Excelsior Group is seeking a Remote Brand and Marketplace Operations Manager to drive sales performance of new product portfolios. The role offers the chance to shape pricing, marketing, and inventory strategies while collaborating across production, logistics, and leadership teams.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales performance of assigned product portfolio.
• Develop pricing and marketing strategies at the product level.
• Analyze product performance and market response regularly.
• Coordinate inventory with production and logistics to meet sales targets.
• Own or support product launches, working cross‑functionally.
• Communicate strategic decisions and updates clearly to the team.
• Mentor junior operations team members (senior level).
• Manage a Virtual Assistant to handle larger portfolios (senior level).

Required profile

• Strong analytical thinking and data‑driven decision making.
• Comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets.
• Understanding of basic business metrics such as gross profit, ROI, COGS, and days of inventory.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Curious, creative and eager to learn.
• Ability to prioritize and take initiative in a fast‑moving environment.

Required skills

• Excel (including VLOOKUP and SUMIFS).
• Amazon Seller/Vendor Central (nice to have).
