Repair Sales Specialist (English Speaking)

About the role

The DDC Group is looking for a Repair Sales Specialist who is fluent in English to support a diverse customer base. You will manage repair quotations, process orders, and coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure smooth repair operations.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails, addressing customer complaints within set time limits.
• Prepare and send repair quotations via email, convert quotes to orders, and process all payment types (terms, credit card, wire).
• Coordinate repair activities with customers, vendors, and the Purchasing department.
• Collaborate with inside/outside sales staff to close orders and work with Shipping, Warehouse, Production, Procurement, Accounting, Quality, and Receiving teams.
• Support special projects and contribute to team targets.
• Work the shift Monday‑Friday, 14:00‑22:00.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written English (C1 level) with strong communication and note‑taking abilities.
• Professional attitude as an ambassador for The DDC Group and its client.
• Detail‑oriented, solid problem‑solving and time‑management skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
