Sales Development Representative – Remote

About the role

The Sales Development Representative will represent Hustler Marketing to potential new clients, driving new business through proactive outbound efforts. This remote position focuses on selling digital agency services to DTC brands, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Build and own an outbound pipeline using cold email, LinkedIn, cold calls and other channels.
• Conduct discovery and sales calls via Zoom/Google Meet, tailoring pitches to each prospect.
• Research, qualify and manage prospects in the CRM, ensuring clean and up‑to‑date records.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to improve outreach efficiency and test new workflows.
• Collaborate with the VP and Managing Director to win new clients and continuously optimise sales processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling digital agency services, preferably to DTC brands, with a track record of managing outbound from first touch to close.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced, KPI‑driven environment and continuously improve processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Slack, Hubstaff, Asana and Google Workspace Suite.
• Experience using CRM platforms and AI‑driven outbound tools.
