Restaurant Manager – Luxury Hotel

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the dining operations at The Bristol Belgrade. Working closely with the Director of Food & Beverage and the Chef, you will ensure the restaurant exceeds the high standards expected by both the hotel and its guests.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day restaurant operations, including full Front of House management and guest experience.
• Provide confident, inspiring leadership and set the highest standards of service, presentation and professionalism.
• Develop, motivate and train the team to deliver personalized, 5‑star service in line with luxury hospitality.
• Maintain strong relationships with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest journey.
• Respond to guest feedback promptly, turning concerns into opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene and operational standards at all times.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a luxury hotel environment.
• Experience in Michelin‑starred restaurants is a strong advantage.
• Strong leadership, organisational and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent knowledge of food and beverage trends and management.
• Strong wine knowledge, preferably with WSET Level 2 or Level 3 certification.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with F&B management software (Shiji POS).
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Wine certification (WSET Level 2/3) or equivalent wine knowledge.
