About the role

The company, a leading IT firm in Novi Sad, is looking for a responsible professional to lead its fire protection and building security service. You will ensure compliance with fire safety regulations, maintain safety equipment, and oversee the overall security of the premises and its employees.

Key responsibilities

• Implement preventive measures and enforce fire protection legislation.
• Conduct regular inspections of fire protection systems and equipment.
• Lead the fire protection service team.
• Perform operational tasks related to physical security of the building.
• Communicate safety procedures clearly to all staff.

Required profile

• Completed higher technical school or university in a technical field.
• Valid fire protection license (ZOP) and certification of passing the fire protection exam.
• Physical security license is a plus; the company will provide training if needed.
• Responsible, communicative, and professional attitude.
• Basic knowledge of English and computer literacy.
