Security Monitoring Agent (Entry level)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing technology company that provides 24/7 security and operational support for large facilities across North America. This entry‑level position offers a permanent, on‑site role in New Belgrade where you will work with a diverse customer base and develop a wide range of security monitoring skills.

Key responsibilities

• Control cameras, microphones, speakers, doors, printers and other devices installed across North America.
• Verbally communicate with people you see on your screen using two‑way communication tools.
• Handle customer communications via phone and email and perform administrative tasks as requested.
• Manage staff actions, report events to management, collect big data and compile operational reports.

Required profile

• High school diploma; a university degree is an asset.
• Fluent English speaking and writing.
• Strong customer‑service orientation.
• Willingness to work morning, day and night shifts on‑site in New Belgrade.
