About the role

We are seeking a Safety & Claims Specialist to join our Novi Beograd office and support the U.S. trucking operations of AAM Network Inc. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with FMCSA regulations, monitoring driver safety, and handling claims and incident documentation.

Key responsibilities

Monitor ELD and Hours of Service compliance
Review roadside inspections and violations
Track telematics data and driver safety events
Communicate directly with drivers about safety issues
Assist with driver onboarding and safety orientation
Maintain safety documentation and reports
Support accident and incident handling
Assist with claims documentation and follow‑up
Monitor CSA performance and corrective actions
Support driver qualification (DQ) file compliance
Assist with DataQs and inspection reviews
Collaborate closely with the U.S. safety team and company management

Required profile

Minimum 2 years experience in U.S. trucking safety, claims or DOT compliance
Strong understanding of FMCSA regulations, HOS and ELD systems
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
Fluent English communication skills
Confidence working directly with drivers
Proactive problem‑solving mindset
Ability to manage multiple priorities and see cases through to completion
