Sales Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our growing sales team in Belgrade. You will be the main point of contact for real‑estate agents and construction companies, helping them maximise the value of our advertising and technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and nurture client accounts, primarily real‑estate agents and construction firms.
• Research the market to identify new leads and business opportunities.
• Maintain and develop relationships with prospective and existing clients, dedicating about 70% of your time to client communication.
• Promote our advertising, technology products and services.
• Train clients on the use of our platforms and systems.
• Communicate marketing promotions via telephone and email.
• Use CRM software daily to track activities and pipeline.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, telephone sales or a call‑center environment.
• Fluency in Serbian and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and research abilities.
• Initiative‑driven with a passion for the internet and technology.
• English proficiency is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with CRM software.
