Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow the sales function for a beverage distribution company. The role focuses on the HoReCa channel in the domestic market, as well as expanding export activities and partnerships with major distributors across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, organise and develop the sales team.
• Design and implement the overall sales strategy.
• Develop the HoReCa channel and maintain relationships with key customers.
• Expand the domestic distribution network.
• Identify and negotiate collaborations with large regional distributors.
• Drive export business and open new markets.
• Monitor sales performance and achieve defined targets.
• Maintain and improve relationships with key partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG, beverage or related industry.
• Significant experience selling to HoReCa and working with distributors.
• Proven track record in leading and developing sales teams.
• Strong knowledge of the Serbian market and the wider region.
• Interest or experience in export business development.
• Result‑oriented, proactive and able to work independently.
