Sales Representative – Field Based (Belgrade)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our Belgrade team on a permanent basis. This field‑based position focuses on building new customer relationships and delivering tailored B2B solutions across the territory.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, visit, and contact potential and existing customers to achieve sales targets.
• Assess client needs, propose appropriate products and services, and negotiate pricing within authority limits.
• Create and manage sales orders, ensuring revenue goals are met.
• Maintain accurate activity records in the CRM system.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques through continuous training.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and customer service teams to share best practices.
• Manage your own sales pipeline and monitor required activities to meet targets.

Required profile

• Diploma in business, marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven success in a B2B sales, account executive or business development role.
• Strong understanding of market trends, buyer personas and value‑based selling.
• Experience in face‑to‑face sales and handling price‑only discussions.
• Motivation to grow in consultative sales within a multinational environment.
