French-Speaking Security Monitoring Agent

About the role

BVP Serbia, founded in 2011 as a pioneer of remote facility supervision, provides 24/7/365 security, safety and operational support to major corporations. It is looking for a French-speaking Security Monitoring Agent in Belgrade for a permanent, long-term position. The agent controls security equipment across North America and communicates with customers by phone and email.

Key responsibilities

• Control cameras, microphones, speakers, doors, printers and other devices installed across North America
• Communicate verbally with people seen on the screen using two-way communication tools
• Communicate with customers and related parties by phone and email
• Handle administrative tasks requested by customers
• Manage customers' staff actions and report events to their management
• Collect data and compile operation reports
• Keep day-to-day operations in large facilities running smoothly
• Produce reports and other communications as needed, and perform other ad hoc duties

Required profile

• High school degree; university degree is an asset
• Fluent spoken and written English and French
• Excellent customer service understanding
• Extensive experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Word and Excel
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work morning, day and night shifts
• Positive attitude and ability to work from an office in Belgrade (not remote)
• CCTV and/or security background, and computer and IT background, are assets
