Senior Accountant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to lead financial management for our parent company and its affiliates. You will ensure accurate reporting, compliance with international standards, and support our mission of creating a sustainable food system.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare statutory annual financial statements and tax balance sheets within legal deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with international accounting standards, regulatory reporting, and transfer pricing requirements.
• Monitor legislative changes and maintain adherence to accounting, tax, and related regulations.
• Participate in regular and ad‑hoc audits, coordinating with tax and inspection authorities.
• Review monthly VAT calculations, verify VAT returns, and manage property and eco‑tax submissions.
• Prepare transfer pricing reports and calculate accounting and tax depreciation.
• Capitalize fixed assets, maintain asset records, and reconcile financial and inventory accounts.
• Oversee accounting for agricultural production and implement a new ERP system.
• Process payroll and employee compensation.

Required profile

• Excellent knowledge of accounting and tax legislation.
• Strong understanding of financial processes in food production, processing, and sales.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar senior accounting role.
• Advanced MS Excel skills and proficiency in English.
• High precision, analytical mindset, and strong organizational abilities.
