Senior Consumer & Marketing Insights Manager (Remote)

About the role

Novakid, the leading online language learning brand for kids in Europe, is looking for a Senior Consumer & Marketing Insights Manager to bridge customer and market understanding with business decision‑making. This remote, full‑time position will shape research priorities, deliver rigorous insights, and ensure recommendations are acted upon.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to identify and prioritize high‑impact consumer, market and brand questions.
• Design and execute quantitative and qualitative research, including panel studies, surveys, focus groups and AI‑enabled methodologies.
• Analyse data to produce clear, unbiased, commercially relevant insights.
• Translate insights into specific recommendations with business opportunity, supporting evidence, risks and success metrics.
• Facilitate decision sessions, document outcomes and co‑create action plans with named owners, deadlines and metrics.
• Track implementation, measure results and capture lessons for future decisions.
• Lead a monthly Research Council to prioritize research, review findings and monitor outcomes.

Required profile

• Senior consumer and marketing insights professional with strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities.
• Commercially minded, able to connect customer understanding with business strategy.
• Proactive in identifying important unanswered questions.
• Effective communicator of complex findings to diverse stakeholders.
