About the role
EY is hiring a Strategy and Transactions intern in Belgrade. As part of the SaT team, you will take part in due diligence and other transaction-related engagements, helping to understand the target business and its market.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse historical and pro forma financial information to assess trends and fluctuations affecting cash flow needs and deal valuation
- Contribute technically to valuation client engagements and internal projects
- Research the target's industry and quoted companies in that sector
- Perform industry and company research using online tools and publicly available information
- Support engagements such as valuation, business modelling, M&A and due diligence
- Help prepare reports and schedules delivered to clients and other parties
- Maintain an educational programme to develop personal skills continuously
Required profile
- High school, college or university degree
- No previous experience required
- Good spoken and written English
- Ability to work as a team member
