Senior Manager Digital Centric Verification

About the role

Infineon is looking for a Senior Manager Digital Centric Verification within its Research & Development team. You will lead a team delivering advanced digital verification work packages in a mixed-signal context (AMS IPs and subsystems) for Infineon business lines worldwide, combining technical expertise with strategic leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver digital verification work packages in a mixed-signal context (AMS IPs and subsystems) for Infineon business lines worldwide, organizing, planning and supporting project execution.
• Manage competency and methodology development at competence center level and drive continuous improvements to keep methodologies and skills at the cutting edge.
• Lead people development by allocating the right competencies to projects, coaching team members and supporting their professional growth.
• Evaluate new tools and methods to improve verification and validation efficiency and support innovation across projects.
• Foster collaboration across local and global cross-functional teams to achieve project success and high-quality results.
• Develop and execute a strategy to maintain the competence center in pre-silicon digital verification.
• Support project managers and functional management in achieving project targets, key goals and competence center objectives.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or a similar field.
• At least 10 years of hands-on experience in digital verification; experience verifying analog mixed-signal products/IPs and/or post-silicon verification is a plus.
• Proven experience leading teams, including people management skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills, with demonstrated experience in coaching and mentoring.
• Knowledge of budgeting and planning.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
