Senior Meta Ads Specialist – International E‑commerce

About the role

ennovationHUB is scaling its international e‑commerce portfolio and needs a senior specialist to own Meta Ads performance for one of its brands. You will drive growth, efficiency and profitability across multiple markets while working closely with performance, creative and data teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own Meta Ads performance for a brand across several international markets.
• Manage and optimise campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Advantage+ Shopping, retargeting and prospecting.
• Monitor and improve KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, revenue, CTR, CPC and CPM.
• Identify growth opportunities across products, audiences, markets and creative angles.
• Analyse campaign data and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with creative, content and data teams to test new concepts, hooks and formats.
• Build structured testing plans for creatives, audiences, landing pages and offers.
• Conduct account audits and implement ongoing optimisation initiatives.
• Work with developers and analytics to ensure accurate tracking and attribution.
• Support budget planning, forecasting and performance reporting.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in performance marketing for e‑commerce.
• Deep understanding of Meta Ads ecosystem, campaign structure and audience testing.
• Proven ability to scale paid social profitably in competitive markets.
• Strong analytical mindset and data‑driven decision making.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with creative, content and technical teams.
