Senior Performance Marketing Manager – Google Ads & Paid Media

About the role

We are a multi‑location U.S. retail company seeking a senior, hands‑on performance marketer to own and grow our Google Ads and paid‑media initiatives. This is an execution‑focused position where you will directly manage budgets, optimise campaigns, and be accountable for CPA, ROAS and revenue outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Personally manage large Google Ads budgets across Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube and remarketing.
• Build, monitor and continuously optimise campaigns, analysing search terms, keywords, negatives, audiences, geography, devices and dayparts.
• Implement and adjust bidding strategies such as tCPA, tROAS, Maximize Conversions and Maximize Conversion Value.
• Identify wasted spend, reallocate budget, and reduce CPA while protecting or increasing sales volume.
• Work with offline conversions, revenue attribution and CRM data to optimise the full customer journey from click to in‑store sale.
• Coordinate Google and Meta advertising strategies and execute structured testing of campaigns, audiences, bids and creative.

Required profile

• Several years of hands‑on experience in a performance‑marketing or PPC agency, managing multiple client accounts across diverse industries.
• Advanced expertise with Google Ads, including Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen and YouTube.
• Strong analytical mindset focused on business outcomes rather than superficial metrics.
