About the role
DXC Luxoft is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Power BI Developer to work remotely from Serbia. The role covers designing, developing and maintaining enterprise-grade reporting, analytics and process automation solutions, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Key responsibilities
- Build end-to-end Power BI reports and dashboards
- Create data models and manage relationships between multiple data sources
- Develop DAX measures, calculated columns and KPIs
- Transform and cleanse data with Power Query (M language)
- Create interactive visualizations and storytelling dashboards
- Optimize reports and tune performance
Required profile
- Strong hands-on Power BI experience (5+ years)
- Understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data quality validation and reconciliation
- Nice to have: ability to spot manual processes and implement automation; Azure DevOps or similar tool experience
Required skills
- Snowflake architecture and data loading and ingestion from various sources, including raw data
- Data preparation in Snowflake and working with structured and semi-structured data (JSON, Parquet)
- Query writing: joins, subqueries, CTEs, window functions, aggregations, case statements, query optimization and troubleshooting
- Performance basics such as clustering and partitioning
