Senior Profitability Analyst

About the role

The Senior Profitability Analyst will own the financial performance of assigned categories or channels, partnering with commercial teams to drive profitability and support strategic decisions across Coca‑Cola Hellenic’s diverse markets.

Key responsibilities

• Take financial ownership of assigned categories/channels, ensuring alignment with operating models and governance.
• Partner with commercial teams to monitor budgets, performance, and profitability drivers.
• Lead profitability planning and analysis during business planning cycles, including pricing, commercial policies, and mix management.
• Support operational planning, forecasting, and variance analysis with transparent reporting.
• Conduct market evaluations for new entries, initiatives, and commercial proposals.
• Assist negotiations with key customers by evaluating commercial initiatives.
• Analyze working capital and cash flow impacts of category management.
• Participate in or lead cross‑functional finance projects.
• Provide audit support and ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Continuously improve reporting tools and processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis, controlling or FP&A, preferably in a commercial or multinational environment.
• Finance or accounting certifications (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) are a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
