Senior Project Manager

About the role

Merkle, a dentsu company, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead medium‑to‑large digital transformation projects for global brands. You will own the full project lifecycle, from initiation through delivery, ensuring client satisfaction and profitable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and close projects while managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
• Report project status and financial performance to internal and external stakeholders.
• Secure client acceptance for partial and final deliverables.
• Coordinate local, remote, and third‑party teams to ensure cohesive execution.
• Identify and pursue additional business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Provide consultancy services, develop project concepts and specifications.
• Support proposal development and contribute to new‑business acquisition.
• Mentor junior project managers and promote best‑practice project management.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills at all organizational levels.
• Strong sales and business‑oriented mindset with a proven ability to spot growth opportunities.
• Relevant university degree or equivalent higher‑education qualification.
• Demonstrated leadership capability and ability to foster a positive team environment.
