Senior SAP S/4HANA Cloud Retail Architect (f/m/x)

About the role

As a Senior SAP S/4HANA Cloud Retail Architect you will design and implement modern ERP solutions for retail, wholesale and consumer‑goods clients. You will help organisations move from fragmented landscapes to fully integrated, data‑driven processes across stores, e‑commerce and supply chains.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimise end‑to‑end retail processes such as Order‑to‑Cash, Procure‑to‑Pay, inventory and store logistics.
• Lead ERP transformation initiatives with a fit‑to‑standard mindset, ensuring simplicity and scalability.
• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to analyse requirements and challenge existing processes.
• Configure SAP S/4HANA Cloud solutions and ensure seamless integration with e‑commerce platforms and logistics systems.
• Support testing, go‑live and rollout activities while driving high user adoption.
• Act as a trusted advisor, mentoring junior consultants and contributing to the growth of the retail ERP capability.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as an SAP consultant, preferably in retail or consumer‑facing industries.
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud (Public Edition) and end‑to‑end retail processes.
• Strong communication skills in German (C1) and English (B2) and ability to work independently in an agile, cross‑functional team.
