About the role
Databricks is hiring Software Engineering Interns for its 2027 cohort, based in Belgrade. You will join a team of engineers building features that contribute directly to the Databricks platform, which serves data and AI teams worldwide. You will have a dedicated mentor and connect with engineers, other interns and leaders across the company.
Key responsibilities
- Work with a team to build features for the Databricks platform
- Manage your project end to end, including design, code and feedback
- Learn how to build a platform that scales quickly while keeping quality and security
Required profile
- Graduating between fall 2027 and summer 2028 with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
- Implementation skills with a general-purpose programming language such as Python, Java or C++
- Good knowledge of algorithms, data structures and OOP principles
- Enjoys solving ambiguous problems with a collaborative team
