Solution Readiness Tech II – Bilingual Spanish Concierge Specialist

About the role

The Solution Readiness Tech II (Concierge Specialist) supports customers during the onboarding of NCR Voyix’s POS Cloud system. Working US hours (4 PM‑12 AM), you will build trust with merchants, guide them through implementation, and ensure a smooth transition to the new platform.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct welcome introductions, system reviews, training, and hardware installation sessions for Spanish‑speaking merchants.
• Communicate via phone, video, and email in both English and Spanish to capture customer needs.
• Act as the primary customer advocate from sales hand‑off through ongoing usage, answering onboarding and service questions.
• Provide proactive solutions, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with internal teams using agile methods.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and implementation progress.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Pragmatic, self‑motivated, and agile problem‑solver.
• Customer‑focused with the ability to move from reactive to proactive support.
• Comfortable working US evening hours and handling multiple communication channels.
