About the role

The Demand Planning and Inventory Management Specialist ensures optimal stock levels across retail stores, driving product availability and sales growth. You will work closely with various internal departments to align ordering, forecasting, and replenishment processes.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain optimal inventory levels in stores to guarantee product availability.
• Evaluate, adjust, and confirm system‑generated order proposals using F&R tools.
• Coordinate with Master Data and Merchandising teams to supplement store orders via push orders.
• Configure demand‑influencing factors, link them to promotions, and collaborate for accurate sales forecasting.
• Analyze system‑generated exceptions, set ordering parameters, and ensure master data accuracy.
• Communicate daily with stores to provide service, support, and synchronization with resources.
• Analyze stock, sales, and service levels per store to enable continuous replenishment.
• Influence delivery schedules and assortment changes in partnership with Transport and Commercial departments.
• Create reports, interpret results, and propose improvements.

Required profile

• Team spirit, ambition, and a strong desire for continuous development.
• VII level of formal education (equivalent to a university degree).

Required skills

• Proficiency with F&R (Forecasting & Replenishment) tools.
• Experience using Master Data systems.
• Knowledge of inventory management and forecasting processes.
• Strong analytical abilities for stock and sales data.
