Technology Operator (Entry Level)

About the role

BVP Serbia is seeking an entry‑level Technology Operator to monitor and control remote facilities across North America from our Belgrade office. The role combines real‑time supervision of cameras, audio, access control and other equipment with customer communication and data reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Control cameras, microphones, speakers, doors, printers and other devices installed across North America.
• Communicate verbally with people on screen using two‑way communication tools and handle phone/email inquiries.
• Perform administrative tasks and manage customer staff actions, reporting events to management.
• Collect large data sets, compile operational reports and ensure smooth day‑to‑day facility operations.

Required profile

• High school diploma; university degree is a plus.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English; Spanish is a plus.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and excellent interpersonal communication.
• Ability to work morning, day and night shifts with a positive disposition.
