About the role
We are looking for two dedicated Paint Formulation Technicians (Colorists) to join our laboratory team. You will work directly with customers to develop, test, and deliver custom paint solutions that meet exact specifications.
Key responsibilities
- Formulate and adjust paint shades according to customer requirements.
- Prepare precise quantities of paint for each order.
- Conduct laboratory testing of paints and related products.
- Create and prepare sample batches for client evaluation.
- Maintain recipe accuracy and ensure the final product meets quality standards.
Required profile
- Highly precise and responsible individual.
- Excellent ability to differentiate subtle color nuances.
- Strong understanding of paint formulation processes.
- Enjoys hands‑on work with chemical products.
- Relevant practical experience in paint, coating, or related industries.
