Truck Dispatcher – US Market (Belgrade Office)

About the role

Reload Transport INC is launching a new office in Belgrade and seeks an experienced Truck Dispatcher to manage transportation operations for the U.S. market. This full‑time, office‑based position requires daily coordination with brokers, drivers, and internal teams to ensure profitable and efficient freight movement.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and book high‑margin loads across the United States.
• Maintain daily communication with brokers and drivers.
• Negotiate rates, organize routes, and optimize load planning.
• Track truck locations, resolve logistics issues, and update load statuses.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and accurate transportation execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience in truck dispatching for the U.S. market.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.

Required skills

• Proficiency with DAT, Truckstop, and Sylectus platforms.
• Strong broker communication and rate negotiation capabilities.
