Advanced System Administrator

About the role

We are looking for an Advanced System Administrator who thrives in a collaborative, innovative environment. You will support our customers by implementing new technologies, maintaining both on‑premise and cloud infrastructures, and ensuring high availability and security.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to internal support tickets promptly and professionally.
• Troubleshoot and resolve server, network, hardware, and software issues.
• Escalate complex incidents to senior support or development teams.
• Document recurring problems, solutions, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Administer on‑premise and cloud‑based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to maintain uptime, performance, and security.

Required profile

• Several years of experience managing on‑premise IT infrastructures.
• Strong interest in DevOps practices and modern, future‑oriented environments.
• Willingness to acquire or deepen cloud certifications (Azure, AWS) if not already held.
