AI Builder – Develop Tools & Automations

About the role

Koladin is seeking a hands‑on AI Builder to design and deliver automation tools that turn raw data into actionable insights. You will work across software development and data analysis, using Claude Code and web‑scraping techniques to solve real business problems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scripts, tools, and automations, integrating Claude Code into the development workflow.
• Design and implement web‑scraping processes to collect and structure data from online sources.
• Clean, validate, and analyze datasets to answer business questions and support decision‑making.
• Perform recurring analyses and present findings through clear summaries and visualizations.
• Test, debug, and document code, including reviewing AI‑generated outputs.
• Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions and iterate based on feedback.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in software development and data analysis.
• Hands‑on experience with Claude Code for building and debugging software.
• Creative problem‑solving ability and comfort tackling complex challenges.
• Experience with web scraping, data cleaning, and validation (preferred).
• Proficiency in SQL and strong Python programming skills (preferred).
