Associate Tech Consultant – Spanish Speaking

About the role

JAGGAER is seeking a bilingual Associate Technical Consultant to support client implementation and integration projects. The role involves translating business requirements into technical solutions, building integration components, and ensuring smooth project delivery for Spanish‑speaking customers.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation and integration activities for multiple client projects.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain project documentation under senior guidance.
• Build integration components according to Statement of Work specifications.
• Participate in technical workshops, client meetings, and implementation sessions.
• Track project activities, report status, and assist with project controls.
• Facilitate client transition from implementation to support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure successful delivery.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and validation of integrations and workflows.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in software implementations, technical consulting, or SaaS environments.
• Experience with eProcurement, supply‑chain, contract‑lifecycle or ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, documentation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Willingness to travel 10–20% and work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
