Cloud Operations Architect

About the role

Camlin is looking for a Cloud Operations Architect to lead the design, implementation, and management of scalable, secure, and resilient cloud‑based solutions. The role will work closely with cross‑functional teams to drive cloud adoption, optimise resources, and ensure high operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement scalable cloud solutions across AWS, Azure and Google Cloud Platform.
• Design robust architectures that meet high‑availability, performance and disaster‑recovery requirements.
• Define and enforce best practices for cloud infrastructure, security and compliance.
• Oversee day‑to‑day cloud operations, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
• Implement monitoring and logging frameworks to proactively detect and resolve issues.
• Lead cost‑optimization initiatives through efficient resource utilisation.
• Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation or Ansible.
• Architect and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure deployments.
• Automate routine cloud management tasks to improve operational efficiency.
• Establish governance policies and ensure cloud solutions adhere to industry standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing, deploying and operating cloud solutions at scale.
• Strong ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and drive cloud adoption strategies.
• Demonstrated expertise in cost optimisation and performance monitoring.
• Solid understanding of security, compliance and governance in cloud environments.
