Customer Care Advisor – US Shift (Fixed-Term, Entry Level)

About the role

Join Clarivate’s Customer Care team in Belgrade as an English‑speaking Customer Care Advisor on a US‑shift schedule. This 12‑month fixed‑term position supports customers via phone, email, chat and internal service systems, providing first‑line assistance and ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries through multiple channels.
• Use product knowledge and standard procedures to resolve routine cases.
• Escalate complex or unique issues to senior staff while maintaining clear communication.
• Gather detailed information, diagnose problems, and document support requests accurately.
• Identify at‑risk customers and raise alerts to relevant internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proficient level of spoken and written English.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Previous business‑to‑business customer‑facing experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a customer‑oriented mindset.
