DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, detail‑oriented DevOps Engineer to join NCR Voyix in Belgrade. The role involves software deployments, troubleshooting, reporting and continuous improvement of operational processes, with a shift‑based schedule that includes night shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Development and Operations teams to automate deployment pipelines and meet release schedules.
• Document, review and enhance operational processes to increase efficiency and reliability.
• Analyze system logs and operational data to identify issues and support integration across products.
• Monitor and troubleshoot deployments, providing clear analysis and transparent communication.
• Generate operational and analytical reports and develop automation to streamline data collection.
• Serve as the central point for incident triage, coordination and escalation.
• Participate in team meetings, knowledge‑sharing initiatives and special projects.
• Provide out‑of‑hours support as part of the night‑shift DevOps rotation.

• Ability to produce clear documentation and analytical reports.
