Director, Delivery Management

About the role

We are seeking a Director, Delivery Management to lead a team of Delivery Managers and shape a high‑performing delivery culture across a portfolio of 100+ developers. You will own end‑to‑end delivery for a multi‑hundred‑million‑dollar P&L, partnering with Product, Engineering and senior leadership to translate strategy into measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Build and sustain an accountable delivery culture focused on speed, clarity and predictable results.
• Define and own the delivery strategy and operating model for the portfolio, continuously improving SDLC and execution standards.
• Serve as a core member of the portfolio leadership team, collaborating with Product and Technology leaders to set priorities.
• Maintain portfolio‑level visibility on priorities, progress, risks, dependencies and health, with clear escalation paths.
• Engage senior stakeholders (Senior Director, VP, SVP) to ensure transparent communication and alignment.
• Lead Scaled Agile execution across the portfolio, aligning product strategy with team‑level delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience across the software development lifecycle.
• At least 7 years in Delivery, Program or Project Management roles handling complex, multi‑team initiatives.
• 5 years leading delivery‑management teams embedded in engineering organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; fluency in English.
• Proven ability to operate at portfolio and executive levels, influencing senior leadership.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMI, Scaled Agile, PRINCE2) are a plus.
