Full Stack Developer – Java, Spring & Angular

About the role

Our client, a large international commodity trading company, is seeking a Senior Full‑Stack Developer to modernise a key service within its trading platform. You will build a new web‑based UI, extend backend functionality and redesign APIs to support evolving business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Java and Spring.
• Design, implement and evolve RESTful APIs for modern web interfaces.
• Create a new web UI with Angular, replacing an existing desktop UI.
• Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend components.
• Participate in system and API design discussions and code reviews.
• Write clean, maintainable, well‑tested code and contribute to technical documentation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience with Angular and Java.
• Strong understanding of frontend‑backend integration patterns.
• Experience working with relational databases and SQL.
• Familiarity with Linux‑based development environments and Maven.
• Good communication skills in English (C1 level).
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
