Global Career Development Program – HR Analytics & Projects

About the role

Join MAHLE’s Global Career Development Program, an 18‑month rotational journey designed for recent graduates eager to launch a career in Human Resources. You will work on HR analytics and project assignments across multiple departments, gaining international exposure and real responsibility from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Complete up to six job rotations in HR, analytics, and project management functions.
• Participate in an international assignment at one of MAHLE’s global locations.
• Deliver data‑driven HR projects and support HR IT tool implementation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and present findings to senior leaders.
• Engage in mentoring sessions with a dedicated talent manager.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Management or a related field with above‑average academic results.
• 1–2 years of professional experience or relevant internships, preferably in the automotive industry.
• International experience through studies or internships abroad.
• Strong analytical mindset and interest in project management.
• Excellent communication, collaboration skills and fluency in English.
