Head of Data & Analytics (Remote)

About the role

Novakid is looking for a Head of Data & Analytics to steer the next phase of its analytics transformation. You will turn a solid data foundation into an AI‑enabled decision platform that scales with rapid growth, supporting product, growth and operations across a global online‑learning business.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the analytics strategy, operating model and self‑serve, AI‑assisted analytics capabilities.
• Lead a distributed team of analysts embedded in product squads, raising speed, impact and automation.
• Scale AI‑powered use cases such as natural‑language data access, automated insight generation, anomaly detection and reporting tools.
• Strengthen experimentation and A/B testing processes to reduce analyst dependency.
• Build a high‑impact data‑science function covering machine‑learning models, forecasting, and AI‑driven product features.
• Establish metric governance, KPI ownership and a trusted semantic layer for product, growth, sales, marketing and finance.

Required profile

• Significant leadership experience in analytics, BI or data functions within high‑growth digital companies.
• Proven track record of transforming analytics into scalable, self‑serve, AI‑enabled models.
• Strong technical grounding in modern data stacks and cloud data warehousing.
