Implementation Consultant – Customer Onboarding

About the role

We are seeking an Implementation Consultant to guide clients through the adoption and optimisation of Clarivate's IP management solutions such as IPfolio, FoundationIP, and Memotech. The role blends technology, data handling, and business process expertise to ensure successful client onboarding and ongoing support.

Key responsibilities

• Support client onboarding, renewals, system integrations and handle escalation requests.
• Collaborate with the implementation team to deliver tailored technical solutions aligned with client requirements.
• Analyse, document and optimise business processes together with implementation consultants.
• Design and maintain customer‑specific features and configuration scripts.
• Assist with data migration, validation and integration with external systems.
• Liaise with the software development team to align product capabilities with client needs.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to address business requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software implementation, consulting or customer onboarding.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficient in Excel and English.
• Experience with intellectual property or legal industry workflows is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams and influence stakeholders without formal authority.
