Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM Technical Consultant

About the role

Reach is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management Technical Consultant to transform business requirements into clean, reliable code. You will work closely with the platform, data, and end‑users to ensure solutions remain robust as businesses grow.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations for clients.
• Design, develop, and support integrations between D365 F&O and external systems.
• Translate technical requirements into functional software independently.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from design through support.
• Provide end‑user support and clearly explain technical decisions to clients and teammates.

Required profile

• Strong X++ development skills and solid object‑oriented programming knowledge.
• Working knowledge of SQL Server database design, integration tools and patterns.
• Good understanding of relational databases and data‑management concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• At least three years of development experience in Dynamics AX and/or Dynamics 365 F&O, including an upgrade, customization, or implementation project.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
