Python Developer – Specialist (Energy & Commodities)

About the role

Tremend is seeking a Python Developer specialist to tackle complex challenges for clients in the energy and commodities sector. You will design, build, and deliver enterprise‑grade solutions that serve a global customer base across industries such as banking, telecom, advertising, and manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy state‑of‑the‑art Python applications from scratch to production.
• Collaborate with a high‑performing software team focused on product quality and user satisfaction.
• Apply Agile methodologies throughout the development lifecycle.
• Maintain and improve existing services, ensuring they meet performance and reliability standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience with FastAPI or another Python web framework.
• Hands‑on experience designing and implementing REST APIs.
• Ability to manage deployments from local development through UAT environments.
• Strong background in Docker, Unix/Linux, and full‑life‑cycle development.
