About the role
We are seeking a proactive Recruiter to manage end‑to‑end hiring processes and support broader HR initiatives, including onboarding and employee development.
Key responsibilities
- Draft and publish job descriptions
- Source candidates via job boards and other channels
- Conduct phone screenings
- Participate in in‑person interviews with hiring managers
- Prepare and issue job offers to approved candidates
- Organise the onboarding process for new employees
- Coordinate external employee training
- Conduct regular Pulse meetings (employee check‑ins)
Required profile
- Previous experience in a similar recruitment role
- Knowledge of modern recruitment and candidate sourcing methods
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong teamwork abilities and a results‑oriented mindset
- Fluent Russian, English at B1 level or higher, Serbian at A2 level or higher
