Recruiting Operations Specialist

About the role

Tenstorrent is building a world‑class Talent Acquisition organization and needs a Recruiting Operations Specialist to scale its hiring processes. Based in Belgrade, you will work in a hybrid setting, partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth, data‑driven hiring experience across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruiting operations, including interview scheduling, candidate communications, and hiring documentation.
• Administer and continuously improve recruiting systems, workflows, templates, and reporting.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to meet service‑level expectations and drive efficient hiring cycles.
• Support implementation of new recruiting tools, automation initiatives, and operational best practices.
• Maintain recruiting documentation, hiring plans, and operational dashboards for visibility and decision‑making.

Required profile

• Experience in recruiting coordination or talent operations within a fast‑paced, high‑growth technology environment.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Excellent communicator who can build effective relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
• Data‑driven and process‑oriented mindset, always seeking efficiency improvements.
• Fluent in English and Serbian, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse or Lever.
• Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace.
