Software Engineer (Remote, Belgrade)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated, hands‑on Software Engineer who thrives in a fast‑moving startup environment. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from Belgrade or anywhere else while taking ownership of full‑stack web projects from concept to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, maintain and improve full‑stack web applications.
• Develop and integrate both front‑end and back‑end features.
• Translate product requirements into functional solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug and resolve technical issues.
• Write clean, maintainable and scalable code.
• Own projects and features through development to implementation.
• Research and adopt new technologies, tools and frameworks as needed.
• Collaborate with teammates to enhance product performance and functionality.

Required profile

• Strong experience as a Full‑Stack Software Engineer/Developer.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership and solve problems with minimal guidance.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast‑changing priorities.
• Hungry, scrappy, fast‑learning, hands‑on and proactive mindset.
• Previous experience in a startup or fast‑growing company is a plus.
