Specialist E2E Process Recruitment & Onboarding

About the role

We are looking for a Specialist to design, improve and manage end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding processes across multiple markets. You will work closely with local brand stakeholders, product teams and HR technology groups to create seamless candidate experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and standardise recruitment and onboarding journeys that operate across different countries.
• Co‑design and continuously refine processes with local brand stakeholders and the product team.
• Identify process breakdowns, propose improvements and drive them forward with Business Analysts, Adoption Specialists and Product Owners.
• Develop and execute test scenarios, run them yourself and coordinate user‑acceptance testing with country teams before release.
• Manage SAP SuccessFactors cycles, adapting processes to align with major software releases.
• Introduce automation, feedback loops and other innovations to reduce friction for candidates, recruiters and hiring managers.
• Collaborate with Group HR Tech Data Innovation & Associate Experience and Global Enterprise Platform teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Sciences, Economics or a related field.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementation or upgrade projects in the recruitment and onboarding domain (highly desired).
• Hands‑on experience with an Applicant Tracking System or career website platforms.
• Knowledge of Fieldglass is a strong plus.
• Excellent time‑management, ability to work independently and deliver results remotely.
• Strong change‑management skills and an agile mindset.
• Team player with full ownership of tasks and excellent English communication skills.
