System Administrator – Belgrade Office

About the role

We are seeking a proactive System Administrator to join our Belgrade office. You will be responsible for keeping the local IT infrastructure reliable and supporting employees with day‑to‑day technical needs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site IT support for local staff and equipment.
• Maintain network services, including TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP.
• Oversee office hardware lifecycle, from procurement to disposal.
• Coordinate office operations such as repairs, security, and supplies.
• Assist with onboarding new employees and manage employee records.
• Monitor office expenses, prepare basic financial reports and liaise with finance.
• Organise company events, handling venues, logistics and vendor communication.
• Ensure data protection compliance and maintain accurate records.
• Supervise administrative staff, assigning tasks and providing guidance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a System Administrator or similar IT support role.
• Upper‑intermediate English proficiency.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work on‑site.

Required skills

• Practical knowledge of TCP/IP.
• Experience with DNS configuration.
• Experience with DHCP services.
• Understanding of local and global network fundamentals.
