UX Designer – D2C eCommerce

About the role

As a UX Designer within Bosch Power Tools’ D2C eCommerce team, you will shape user‑centric digital experiences for global customers across craft, industry, home and garden product lines. You will work on worldwide projects, collaborating with colleagues from many countries to accelerate user centricity and sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute user‑centric process flows, interfaces and interactions across all D2C channels.
• Develop wireframes, mock‑ups and detailed user process flows for new features while maintaining visual and structural standards.
• Map step‑by‑step user processes, transaction paths and system interactions to ensure frictionless journeys.
• Build interactive prototypes and click‑dummies that comply with design guidelines and brand standards.
• Assist in gathering user insights and translate them into actionable improvements.
• Contribute to the design of UI components, navigation, product comparison and global site structures.
• Collaborate with the UX Design Lead, product owners and development teams to deliver digital experiences.
• Support the growth and documentation of design systems, user flows and component libraries.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Online/Performance Marketing, Business Administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing wireframes, mock‑ups, user flows and interactive prototypes.
• Ability to translate user research and requirements into high‑quality design deliverables.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to work with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma or similar.
• Wireframing and mock‑up creation.
• Interactive prototyping and click‑dummy development.
• User flow mapping and process design.
• UI component design and design‑system documentation.
