Client Success Agent / Community Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Client Success Agent / Community Manager to be the voice of our brand, engage with customers across online platforms, and help grow a vibrant community. This remote, full‑time position focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction and driving brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer reviews and comments on Google Business Profile and Meta platforms.
• Grow the social media community by actively engaging with potential clients.
• Create and post engaging content on social media channels.
• Monitor social media trends and relevant conversations.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer support.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer service or community management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms (Google, Meta).
• Ability to engage effectively with online communities.
• Customer‑centric, proactive, creative, detail‑oriented.
