SEO Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on SEO Specialist to own the organic performance of a portfolio of local service businesses. You will develop keyword strategies, implement on‑page optimisations directly in Elementor and SEO plugins, publish ready‑made content and prove results through data analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research and build SEO plans for each client.
• Implement on‑page optimisations in Elementor, RankMath or Yoast without breaking layouts, tracking or forms.
• Publish provided content and write briefs, metadata and schema markup.
• Monitor performance in Google Search Console and Google Analytics and report results.
• Maintain Google Business Profile alignment and manage multi‑location local SEO.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on on‑page SEO experience with proven ranking and traffic gains.
• Agency background with experience in multi‑location local SEO for home‑service sectors (HVAC, electrical, contracting, etc.).
• Independent strategic judgment and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Fluency in Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
• Experience with at least one major SEO platform (Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog or comparable).
