Brand Manager – Amazon Marketplace (Eastern Europe, Serbia)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager to drive the performance of our products on the Amazon marketplace across Eastern Europe, with a focus on Serbia. You will develop and execute data‑driven strategies to boost sales, optimise costs, and enhance conversion rates.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse Amazon metrics, generate clear reports and propose actionable strategies.
• Manage day‑to‑day brand operations, including best‑seller tags, pricing, and competitive monitoring.
• Develop and implement tactics such as price optimisation, PPC campaigns, coupons, deals and SKU optimisation.
• Produce daily, weekly and monthly performance reports and maintain accurate P&L visibility.
• Identify potential issues early, stay informed on marketplace rule changes and industry trends, and escalate problems promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share insights, successes and failures, and stay up‑to‑date with the latest Amazon best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in brand management, P&L responsibility or e‑commerce, preferably within the Amazon ecosystem.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to dig through data, draw conclusions and make recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and high attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work under aggressive deadlines in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
• Positive attitude, reliability and comfort working with diverse teams.
