Head of Recruitment

About the role

Adapty is looking for a Head of Recruitment to own the full talent acquisition function across its three product lines and lead a team of five recruiters. You will shape the hiring strategy, ensure high‑quality hires at all levels, and provide real‑time visibility to the executive team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for three products, overseeing five recruiters.
• Lead and close senior leadership searches, including VP, Head, and C‑level roles.
• Define and maintain sourcing strategies, candidate scorecards, and interview packs for every role type.
• Run the recruiting team against quota, monitor weekly performance, and take corrective actions when needed.
• Provide the CEO and leadership with pipeline reports, funnel conversion metrics, and offer acceptance rates.
• Train hiring managers on effective candidate evaluation and alignment before each search.

Required profile

• 5+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years leading a recruiting team.
• Proven track record closing VP, Head, or C‑level positions.
• Experience building end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including ICPs, scorecards, and interview packs.
• Data‑driven mindset focused on Time to Offer, funnel conversion, and trial retention.
• Ability to make independent hiring and firing decisions and to push back on senior stakeholders when metrics require it.
